Intelligent Design Struck Down

“Intelligent design” cannot be mentioned in biology classes in a Pennsylvania public school district, a federal judge said Tuesday, ruling in one of the biggest courtroom clashes on evolution since the 1925 Scopes trial.

    What, we can’t spread the doctrine of the Flying Spaghetti Monster in biology anymore? I love how one can actually find FSM merchandise on eBay.

    Man, that judge really just laid the smackdown. What’s with this Flying Spaghetti Monster phenomenon? Twice I’ve seen that today, but don’t know from whence it came.
