I’m not sure why, but it was far less painful than I expected. And I really just wanted to know for sure. So anyway, I called not really expecting good news, so the conversation wasn’t too bad. And after that, I asked what the policy was on supplemental materials, then I thanked him and hung up, because I knew other people would be on hold waiting.
